Heart rate is building, now is settles and builds a bit more. No need for silent MP3, this Shaki Riddim has time at the end.ģ: Slower Warm Up as the 3rd song: “Come Get It Bae” by Pharrell Williams.I like this one as a 2nd song because I choreographed it to really warm up the hips, knees and shoulders. Keep up the idea of warming up the muscles and joints. Here’s a link to my YouTube for a visual on this song: Ģ: Still warming up: “Shaki Riddim” by Kework & Cocozza Reggaeton Remix Don’t do any crazy jumping and tricky moves. VERY VERY VERY important to warm up the joints and muscles in this first song. So what in the world is the method? Here ya go… Each song has a strong focus, abs, legs, arms, etc. What is the method behind the madness? Yes, when I design my class, I hit every part of our body to get the most out of our workout. AND, sometimes the song has a few seconds at the end so you will decide if you need the silent MP3 there or not. If I think my class needs more time to catch their breathe before hitting it hard for the next song, I will put 2 or 3 of them in between. I set 3 second silent MP3s in between songs. I pre-plan my player to just keep rolling.
